NEW JEEP COMPASS "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES
Jeep, the pioneer of adventure, was passionately preparing for the launch of its latest jewel, the Compass "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES", on the Moroccan automotive market. My role as Project Director was to orchestrate the creation of the "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES" platform, an immersive digital showcase designed to inspire driving enthusiasts.
Context:
In a competitive and demanding Moroccan automotive market, marked by a growing demand for digital experiences, our mission was to create an exceptional online platform. This had to offer a unique preliminary experience of the Jeep Compass, well before its showroom debut.
My role as Project Director:
As Project Director, I dynamically led the design of the "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES" website. My leadership encompassed strategic team management, meticulous task allocation, rigorous budget evaluation, careful performance monitoring, efficient lead collection, and supervision of bookings, trials and brochure requests.
Here's an overview of the main tasks I've accomplished:
- Website design : We created a visually captivating interface highlighting every seductive detail of the Compass "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES", from the exterior design to the refined interior, with key words such as "luxurious" and "innovative".
- Team management and task allocation : Harmonious cross-departmental collaboration, highlighting my "strategic leadership" skills.
- Budget estimate : Precise resource management, demonstrating my ability to "optimize investments".
- Tracking performance : Constant analysis of KPIs, underlining my "results-based management".
- Collecting leads : Powerful strategies for "converting visitors into qualified leads", underlining my mastery of lead generation.
- Follow-up of reservations, test drives, brochure requests : Meticulous management of interactions, ensuring "smooth conversion of interest into concrete action".
In anticipation of the exceptional reveal of the Jeep Compass "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES", I played a central role in organizing the live stream Keynote presentation, an innovative initiative in the face of the challenges of the pandemic. This immersive experience established a direct link with our audience, transcending physical boundaries and creating an instant connection with Jeep enthusiasts. Viewers were able to experience the power, innovation and elegance of the Compass in real time, while interacting with specially integrated interactive features to maximize their engagement. This live stream was more than just a car presentation; it embodied the adventurous spirit of Jeep, leaving a lasting impression and building anticipation around the new model.
Results:
The "INSPIRING NEW ADVENTURES" platform enjoyed a spectacular launch, generating over 150 pre-order requests and attracting more than 60,000 visits in its first week. The momentum on social media amplified the craze, resulting in an "increased demand for funding".
As Project Director, my absolute determination was to guarantee an exceptional experience, demonstrating my skills in "strategic leadership", "results-based management" and "innovation in the context of a pandemic".
