IT'S TIME TO ENTER THE NEW ALFA ROMEO ERA - TONALE
Alfa Romeo, an iconic automotive brand, was preparing for the launch of its latest model, the Tonale, on the Moroccan market. With the aim of creating a memorable impact and generating strong interest around this new vehicle, an innovative approach was adopted: the creation of a dedicated platform called Tonale.
Context:
The automotive market in Morocco presented a competitive environment, with a growing demand for engaging digital experiences. The need to stand out in this competitive landscape led to the strategic decision to design an immersive and informative online platform that would give prospects an in-depth experience of the Tonale model before it even arrived in showrooms.
My role as Project Director:
My objective was to create a mini-site platform, named Tonale, to offer prospects an immersive digital experience. The site, with its one-page navigation, had to present the model in detail, from product videos to exterior and interior design, including customization options such as available colors, equipment, and the different versions marketed as specific equipment packs.

I worked closely with the marketing, web development and customer relationship management (CRM) departments. Using the zoning methodology with the https://whimsical.com/, I supervised the conceptualization of the site's architecture. Development, carried out in Node.js, was managed under my direction, implementing interactive features to generate pre-order and trial leads. I also ensured an efficient connection with the CRM for further processing by the call center.
Results:
The Tonale platform was successfully created, offering a captivating user experience and stimulating engagement around the new Alfa Romeo model in Morocco. The leads generated contributed significantly to pre-orders and test drives, and the connection with the CRM enabled efficient data management by the call center.
As project manager, my central role was to ensure the successful realization of the Tonale platform, from strategic planning to post-launch follow-up, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
