Hologramme Pantène – P&G

Context:

As part of our "Never Done Before" projects, Share Conseil innovated by digitizing the retail sector with our exclusive phygital offer. Our client, P&G Morocco, seized this opportunity to launch its new product, Pantène. We proposed interactive holograms to attract customers and boost sales.

Responsibilities and Achievements :

- Experience Design : As Project Director, I played a central role in designing this phygital experience. We collaborated with the P&G Morocco team to create an immersive experience that showcased the new Pantène.

- Holographic innovation : Our key innovation was the use of interactive holograms. We developed captivating holograms that presented the product in a unique and engaging way. My role was to oversee the development of these holograms.

- In-store implementation : We worked closely with our partner stores to strategically place these holograms to attract customers' attention in the right place in the store.

- Performance analysis : After deployment, I led the performance analysis to assess the impact of holograms on Pantène's sales. We tracked the data to measure the effectiveness of our phygital approach.

Results:

The introduction of interactive holograms in the retail sector has been a success for P&G Morocco and the launch of Pantène. The holograms caught the attention of customers, arousing their curiosity and boosting product sales. The results showed a significant improvement in sales performance.

Conclusion :

As Project Director, I successfully led innovation in the retail sector by digitizing the customer experience with interactive holograms for the launch of Pantène by P&G Morocco. This project demonstrated our ability to push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing, and to bring added value to our customers through unique phygital solutions.
