As Project Manager, I oversaw the redesign of Cocoon's website. Our aim was to update the site to keep up with the latest digital trends and improve its SEO. The aim of the redesign was to provide an optimal online experience for visitors to the Cocoon site.

Context: The digital landscape is evolving rapidly, and it's essential for companies to stay up-to-date to remain competitive online. Cocoon, a company, decided to modernize its website to meet the expectations of modern users, improve online visibility and guarantee a high-quality user experience.

Achievements:

- Needs Analysis : I worked with the Cocoon team to understand their specific needs and objectives for the website redesign. We identified the areas that needed improvement, whether in terms of design, functionality or SEO.
- Design and Development : I led the design process for the new website, ensuring that it was visually appealing, easy to navigate and met current usability standards. I then coordinated the site's development, working with a team of web developers to implement the required functionality.
- Search Engine Optimization : Improving SEO was a key aspect of this project. I oversaw the optimization of content, site structure and other essential elements to ensure the site ranked higher in search engines.
- Testing and launching : I organized extensive testing to ensure that the new site worked properly on all platforms and browsers. Once everything was ready, we launched the new website.

Results:
