As Project Director, I oversaw the creation of the PepsiDUB mobile application for Pepsi. This innovative app encouraged participants to create dubs of the Barbapapa group's hit song, "Wili Wili", with the chance to win a trip. My central role in managing this project helped create a fun and interactive mobile experience to promote the Pepsi brand.
Context:
Pepsi was looking to engage its audience in a fun and creative way, using a popular song such as "Wili Wili" by the Barbapapa group. The aim was to create a mobile application that would enable participants to create their own dubbings of the song and enter a competition with a trip as the prize.
My role as Project Director :
As Project Director, I led all stages of this project, from design to implementation of the PepsiDUB mobile application. I collaborated with mobile development teams to design a user-friendly and stable application, compatible with all major mobile platforms.
I oversaw the creation of the application's user interface, ensuring that it was intuitive for users and facilitated the creation of dubbings. I also coordinated the implementation of the contest, including the collection and evaluation of dubbings submitted by participants.
To promote the app, I worked with communication teams to design an online and offline marketing strategy, using social media, influencer partnerships and other channels to attract participants.
Results:
The PepsiDUB mobile app was a great success for Pepsi. It sparked the creativity of participants who created a variety of fun dubbing of the song “Wili Wili”. The contest generated a large number of entries, reinforcing the online engagement with the Pepsi brand.
In conclusion, as Project Director, I led the successful creation and implementation of the PepsiDUB mobile app. My role has been central to ensuring that this fun and creative mobile experience has achieved its goal by engaging audiences in a fun way while promoting the Pepsi brand in an innovative way.
