Avengers : EndGame – Phygital Coca cola Zero

As Project Director, I oversaw the realization of the first 100% Avengers event in Morocco, organized by Coca Cola sans sucres in collaboration with Share Lab. The aim of the event was to immerse fans of the Avengers universe in a unique experience over 4 days, in 5 cinemas across the kingdom. Two Bullet Time installations were set up to capture special moments, and the heroes' iconic props were available for the public to step into the shoes of their favorite character. In addition, Oculus headsets enabled participants to borrow the heroes' powers.

Context:
The release of Avengers: EndGame was a highly anticipated event, and Coca Cola sans sucres wanted to create an immersive experience for fans of the Avengers franchise. The aim was to immerse participants in the world of superheroes, giving them an unforgettable experience.

Achievements:

- Experience Design : I worked closely with Share Lab to design the entire Avengers experience. This included setting up the Bullet Time installations, selecting and arranging the heroes' iconic props, and configuring the Oculus headsets for a virtual reality experience.

- Logistics coordination: The logistics of an event of this scale were complex. I managed the coordination of all aspects, from booking cinemas to the logistics of the event itself, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

- Training and Management : We trained event staff to ensure they were well prepared to welcome attendees and guide them through the Avengers experience.

- Capturing Special Moments : The two Bullet Time installations were designed to capture special moments and allow participants to leave with unique memories of their Avengers experience.

Results:

The Avengers: EndGame for Coca Cola sugar-free event was a huge success. Fans loved the immersive experience and were able to step into the shoes of their favorite superheroes. Bullet Time installations captured unforgettable moments, and Oculus headsets added a virtual reality dimension to the event.

Conclusion :

As Project Director, I successfully led the realization of the Avengers: EndGame event for Coca Cola Sugar Free, offering fans a unique and immersive experience in the superhero universe. This project demonstrated my ability to design and coordinate spectacular events that create a strong bond between the brand and its audience.
